When you contact ADIF, apply for membership, register for an event, request information, subscribe to communications, visit our website or otherwise interact with us, we may collect:

Membership and event-registration information;
Your correspondence and communication preferences;

Technical information necessary to operate and protect our website and online services.

4. Recipients and service providers
Personal data may be accessed by authorized ADIF personnel and by service providers supporting our activities. These may include:
Odoo, for website, contact, membership, event and customer-relationship management;
Mailgun, for email delivery; and
Professional advisers, event suppliers and other operational service providers where their involvement is necessary.
We may share limited information with event partners or suppliers when necessary to administer an event and where permitted by law.
ADIF does not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, ADIF relies on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including the administration of our relationship with you, satisfaction of legal and accounting requirements, resolution of disputes and protection of our legitimate interests.
Retention periods may differ according to the nature of the information and our relationship with you. Information processed on the basis of consent will no longer be used for that purpose after consent is withdrawn, unless another lawful basis applies.

8. Email and marketing communications
Where permitted, ADIF may send information about its activities, events and other relevant matters. You can stop receiving marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us at info@adifgroup.com.
Withdrawing consent or unsubscribing does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
9. Security
ADIF uses reasonable organizational and technical measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Nevertheless, no website, email service or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect changes in our activities, services or legal obligations. The latest version will be published on this website with its revision date.
