Membership in the American Defense Industry Forum (ADIF) is open to eligible companies and organizations that support the purpose and objectives of the Association.

Prospective members must submit a membership application to ADIF. All applications are subject to approval by the ADIF Board of Directors. Once an application has been approved, membership takes effect from the first day of the following month.

Membership is established for an initial period of twelve months and renews automatically for successive twelve-month periods unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

A member wishing to cancel its membership must provide ADIF with written notice at least two months before the anniversary date of its membership. If notice is not received by this deadline, membership will renew for a further twelve-month period.

Membership fees are invoiced by ADIF and are payable upon receipt of the invoice. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable in the event that a member resigns during its membership period.

Membership is subject to ADIF's Articles of Association and any applicable internal rules adopted by the Association.
