Lunch with Acting PDAS Michael Vaccaro

ADIF is pleased to host a lunch with Michael Vaccaro, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary (PDAS) in the State Department’s Political-Military Affairs Bureau.  Mr. Vaccaro will be in Brussels for senior transatlantic consultations. Mr. Vacarro leads the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and is responsible for export controls including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the commercial export of defense articles and services.
